Health Maintenance: Take a minimum two 20ml
tbs. per day. Children under 12, 1 20ml tbs. per day. May be taken
straight or as a salad dressing blended with lemon juice or balsamic
vinegar added if desired. Do not heat as it will destroy the
nutrient value. Drink 8 oz of filtered water about 30 minutes
before and after every meal.
